Located on the first floor, the wellness area is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm, to all facility residents. It features an indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C, a sauna, a fitness room and a terrace.
The hotel focuses on the well-being of its guests, with an aquatic area featuring an indoor swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a massaging water blade. This area ensures relaxation and recuperation in all seasons, thanks to the benefits of water. On sunny days, the terrace lets you relax in the sun while admiring the famous Valentré bridge.

While staying at the Divona Cahors hotel, the clients will also have the opportunity to enjoy a well-equipped sports area: bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, rowing machine and multifunctional press. In order not to neglect their figure, although on holiday, the clients can take a few sessions of strength or cardio training. The place is open at any time of day, whether for a morning warm-up in order to start the day off right or an evening fitness session followed by a relaxing sauna before joining the room.
